Job Description
Responsible for managing job function in operation department. Position is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service and act as an extension of the customer within Cosco Group of Companies with the following criteria:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.
- Coordinate with depot assistant/ forklift operator to maintain daily operations.
- Ensure and arrange unit/s to be surveyed before collection.
- Monitor, update and create clearance and bookings.
- Ensure that depot system updates are performed timely.
- Liaise and pursue with leasing/ shipping agents\' customer for any their party\'s liable damage repair cost.
- Back-up counter duties.
- Adhere to statutory / company\'s safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
