Operation Assistant
Job Description
- To update truck availability and communicate with Shell scheduler on daily truck movement i.e truck ETA/ETD - To execute all Shell orders and ensure all deliveries are delivered within stipulated time - To ensure drivers log sheet are updated daily - To control and monitor driver working hours daily and to ensure that working hour policy is been strictly adhered to - To monitor driver attendance from time to time - To update \xe2\x80\x9cLorry Availability\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9c Lorry Utilization\xe2\x80\x9d template daily and submit to Transport Manager & Admin Manager monthly. - To ensure every driver follow the safety procedure during working hour
Transportation of Petroleum, Diesel and Bio-disel product by truck fleet.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
