Minimum diploma in Admin, English Language, Art, PR, Business, Office, Management, Multimedia or equivalent.
Able to commute to our office at 3 Elements, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
Able to work in shifts and/or Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Set up online classes for the trainer.
Assist in the live online class streaming.
Prepare class materials for the trainer and students.
Communicate and provide updates to students.
Filing and documentation.
Make sure inventory is always stocked.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors.
Skills Needed
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Zoom meeting.
