Job Description


  • Minimum diploma in Admin, English Language, Art, PR, Business, Office, Management, Multimedia or equivalent.
  • Able to commute to our office at 3 Elements, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
  • Able to work in shifts and/or Saturdays.
Responsibilities
  • Set up online classes for the trainer.
  • Assist in the live online class streaming.
  • Prepare class materials for the trainer and students.
  • Communicate and provide updates to students.
  • Filing and documentation.
  • Make sure inventory is always stocked.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors.
Skills Needed
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Zoom meeting.
