Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment.
Shipping Logistics: Manage shipping processes, including label generation and tracking.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of products and supplies.
Packaging Quality Control: Ensure all packaged products meet company standards.
Administrative Correspondence: Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications.
File Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Data Entry and Reporting: Assist with data entry and generate reports as needed.
Office Supplies Management: Order and maintain office supplies.
Operational Support: Assist in general operational tasks and maintain a clean workspace.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve shipping-related issues.
Preferred skills :
1. Possess a Diploma or any higher in related course
2. Highly organized and details oriented
3. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email, and shipping software).
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Experience in E-commerce fulfillment is a plus
