Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
As an Operations Assistant at Alhijaz Universal, you'll help keep our daily operations running smoothly. Your main tasks will include:

Daily Operations:

Help with daily processes. Sort and pack orders and stock. Keep products organized and in good condition. Check product quality. Monitor part-time workers to ensure tasks are completed effectively.

Equipment Operation:

Use equipment safely and efficiently. Keep the production area clean and safe.

Logistics and Delivery:

Assist with delivery and logistics tasks.

Support and Coordination:

Help other departments or projects/event as needed.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and keep accurate inventory records. Track the movement of stock, including items going in and out of the warehouse. Ensure that inventory is properly organized and stored. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies. Assist in the reordering of stock when necessary.

Adhoc Tasks:

Undertake any ad-hoc tasks required by MD/OD/HR

Qualifications:

Age: 19-35 Education: SPM, STPM / Diploma Must possess a valid car license. Male candidates only. Healthy body condition. Experience in the food industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Typhoid vaccine required.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, Company car, Overtime pay
