Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES Operation Assistant :

  • Processing daily orders
  • Managing inventory system
  • Monitoring product sales movement
  • Customer support via chat and platform
  • Managing stock status
  • Arranging courier pick up
  • Managing inbound and outbound
  • Processing walk-in collection
  • Shipping discrepancy submission
  • Updating platform delivery complete
  • Organizing warehouse
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assign by the management from time to time as and when necessary
Who are we looking for?
  • Fresh Graduate / SPM @ STPM are welcome to apply
  • Preferably Entry Level specialised in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Candidate will act as a Operation Assistant for this job position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Needed to work on Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
