Operation Asst Location : Kawasan 13 Port Klang Working Days : 5 days Nature of Business : Logistic & Shipping Job Responsibilities 1. Ensure all documents are completed and valid before ship arrival. 2. Check and ensure the cargo and custom paper are available for loading / unloading. 3. Discuss with CTC / Chief Officer and Master regarding stowage plan and cargo for loading / unloading and pass related documents / list to CTC. 4. Check and confirm with the Warehouse on the quantity of the cargo and also ensure the cargo is in good condition. 5. Attend the Vessel for loading / unloading and hand over the related documents back to office for recording. 6. Email the sailing condition report to the related parties. 7. Ensure all the cargo is completed loading/unloading and take photo if cargo is not in proper packing or rusty. 8. Performs any other jobs as assigned by superior and management -Min SPM or higher -Prefer with 1 year experience in related field Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
