Job Description

- Acting as main handler for domestic trucking shipment - Liaise with customer for shipment arrangement by understanding client needs and requirements. - Prepare customs form for air and trucking shipment. - Attending customs clearance at airport terminals and customs offices. - Arrange truck booking and preparing Delivery Note in SOVY - Monitor and follow up airport terminal cheque closing to Finance department - Updating the shipment record in SOVY - Prepare billing invoice to client in timely manner - To carry out other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
