Job Description


  • Assist to check all relevant documentation and key-in relevant report for management review
  • Monitor and follow up on shipment physical cargo status for all departments
  • Assist to key-in relevant report for management review
\xc2\xb7 Able to work under minimal supervision with time management skill, \xc2\xb7 Able to be a team player & have good analytical and solving skill \xc2\xb7 Assist other Staff daily routine job if required and willing to learn \xc2\xb7 Able to drive Forklift and use Auto/ Pallet-Jack during shipment day if required
  • Assist Export Warehouse Team to complete shipment cargo by back-end packing process (Wrapping & Strapping) by Pallet & Customer before shipment
  • Check/verify on shipment cargo status for all departments and to report any in-house shipment discrepancy
  • Require to assist/witness during loading and unloading process on shipment day (Incoming/Outgoing)
  • If required, to be Runner to KASTAM, MITI and other government office for document endorsement/submission
