Operation Controller
Job Description
: Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary Coordinate with each mile to solve operational issue Communicate with commercial team member to provide an appropriate process with operation Ensure that operations are in standard operating procedures Coordinate transportation providers (4PL) to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments Monitor handover performance for service point and clarify fault on % missed handover Monitor missed pickup for service point and clarify fault on % missed pickup Monitor baseline versus actual pickup truck for big partners Monitor offline pickup route planning Monitor and follow up stuck orders no movement from service point Reconcile and clarify claim PICs for lost case between FM and service point Investigate and approve for penalty disputes Monitor and follow up stuck orders at FM Oversee and support FM issue related Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in any field Operational knowledge Be able to understand basic English (mainly on reading) Experienced in logistic field is a plus Be able to work under fast paced environment, accept to change Analytical and problem-solving skills
