Preparation & processing operation documentations such as correspondence, quotation, contract agreement, reports, license and others related doc.
Ability to control and manage proper document flow
Competent in managing/ proper handling of accurate records; custom forms; operation documentation and system/ procedure compliance
have or able to cultivate good business relations with the relevant external parties such as Government Department, Clients
Good computer skills
To perform any others job assigned by the superior
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least with Professional Certificate, Diploma any field
Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English
Good team work and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
