Job Description

Responsibilities:



Ensure bank account opening balances reconcile accurately with internal records. Oversee and allocate budget usage in accordance with established bank account limits. Execute financial transactions based on instructions provided by the marketing team. Coordinate with finance teams across different currency groups. Address customer inquiries related to the application as needed.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM graduated or higher. Strong communication skills (Mandarin and English preferred). Customer service/ Operation experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome. Detail-oriented with accurate handling of rates and transactions. Good time management and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with chat-based communication. Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Excel, Gmail). Available for immediate start, rotating shifts.
