Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Management, or related field is required. Fresh graduates with strong organizational, analytical, and system skills are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and collaboration skills. Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Python, SQL). Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) - compulsory

Responsibility



Review, process, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Manage POs via Zoho for staff requisitions, store operational needs, and new outlet equipment. Coordinate stock orders (SO) with outlet managers and track delivery timelines. Liaise with internal departments and warehouse teams to resolve pending operational actions. Monitor day-to-day operations of assigned Direct Shops and ensure SOP adherence. Track inventory usage, including promotional or seasonal items, and report trends. Maintain and update product listings to ensure seamless integration across delivery platforms. (eg. Urban Piper) Manage refund disputes on delivery platforms (eg: Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat-Oversea Platform). Create, manage, and support franchisee accounts on the Optrack system. Plan, schedule, and monitor weekly delivery promotions across all platforms, ensuring timely execution. Collect, analyse, and report operational and inventory data to support management decision-making. Maintain structured documentation and records for audits, reporting, and operational review. Assist in WhatsApp group communications to ensure messages are task-focused and action-oriented. Address customer complaints related to Direct Shops and Franchises, ensuring timely resolution. Procure items requested by Direct Shop Managers, ensuring timely processing and delivery. Undertake any ad hoc projects or assignments as required by HOD/MD/GM.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
