About the job Operation Director - Retail

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall arrangement and setup of retail outlets.
• Conduct training programs for staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement and enforce policies to control product quality throughout the entire operational process.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of retail F&B products and services.

• Handle product orders and develop selling price strategies to maximize profitability.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers.

• Implement effective inventory control measures to manage product inflow and outflow efficiently.

• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze sales data and contribute to financial decision-making.
• Control costs related to operations, ensuring optimal use of resources.

• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to handle retail staff effectively.
• Establish and enforce SOPs and policies for retail staff.
• Conduct training programs and contribute to the hiring process as needed.

• Extensive experience in retail operations, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
• Proficiency in inventory management principles.
• HR management experience, including staff training and recruitment.
