Operation Executive who supports the overall day-to-day operations of optical retail outlets to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery. This role involves overseeing store performance, coordinating with retail teams, maintaining inventory standards, and implementing company policies and procedures to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations & Performance
Oversee the daily operations of assigned optical retail outlets to ensure compliance with company standards.
Monitor sales performance, customer service quality, and visual merchandising standards.
Conduct regular outlet visits and audits to ensure operational efficiency and brand consistency.
Support outlet teams in achieving sales targets, productivity goals, and customer satisfaction.
2. Staff Coordination & Support
Coordinate with Outlet Managers and staff on manpower planning, scheduling, and performance matters.
Provide operational guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective team performance.
Assist in onboarding and training new retail staff on standard operating procedures and service standards.
3. Inventory & Supply Chain
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of frames, lenses, and accessories.
Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and efficient inventory movement.
Assist in conducting stock checks, audits, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
4. Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements (including optical licensing where applicable).
Maintain proper documentation for store operations, staff attendance, and other administrative records.
Assist in the implementation of operational policies, promotions, and system updates.
5. Customer Experience & Quality Control
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure that customer service standards are consistently upheld across all outlets.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to recommend service improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
