Oversee day-to-day facility readiness, including court scheduling, bookings, and cleanliness.
Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and available for use.
Assist in implementing and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations.
2. Customer Service & Experience
Serve as the first point of contact for players, members, and guests.
Handle enquiries, bookings, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and player retention.
3. Program & Event Support
Assist in coordinating pickleball programs, training sessions, and tournaments.
Support the execution of events, including registrations, logistics, and on-ground operations.
Work with coaches and operations staff to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
4. Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of attendance, bookings, and customer feedback.
Assist in preparing reports related to operations, program participation, and expenses.
Support procurement of supplies and ensure proper inventory management.
5. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Operations Manager and other departments (coaching, marketing, customer service) to align activities.
Support staff scheduling, shift management, and training initiatives.
Assist in onboarding part-time or event staff during tournaments or activations.
Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience.

Job Requirements:
SPM Level, Diploma/Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Recreation, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, sports/recreation, or hospitality.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in sports will also be considered!
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge or passion for pickleball or racket sports is an advantage.
Ability to use booking systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
