Supervise and support front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests efficiently.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and take initiatives to improve service quality.
Housekeeping Coordination
Ensure housekeeping standards (cleanliness, room setup, amenities) meet brand and safety requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Operational Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower planning.
Support the Hotel Manager in operational policies and SOP implementation.
Staff Supervision & Training
Supervise, guide, and motivate operational staff across departments.
Ensure team members follow hotel standards, grooming, and service protocols.
Conduct briefings and assist in on-the-job training.
Financial & Cost Control
Monitor operational expenses and reduce wastage.
Support in inventory control (linen, amenities, supplies).
Assist in achieving revenue and cost targets.
Education & Background
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism, Business Administration
, or related field.
Minimum
2-4 years
of experience in hotel operations.
Experience in supervisory or team lead role is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
