Job Description

The Administrative Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-desk environment. This role provides administrative support across the organization, helping to ensure efficient office operations through clerical duties, communication management, and coordination tasks.

Responsibilities



Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.

Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff and meeting rooms.

Assist with organizing meetings, including preparing materials and setting up conference rooms.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the administrative team and overall office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
