Job Description




Job Qualification:

  • Degree /Diploma in any field or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience relating to services or hospitality.
  • Required language: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
  • Aggressive, team player, and can work independently.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Job Scopes:
  • Responsible for overall operations including revenue and cost management, people management, and customer service management.
  • Conducting on-site visits to the centre.
  • Review, filter and advise the centre\'s principals with their FaceBook page posting content.
  • Participating in company projects or events (exhibition, concert, graduation, etc) assigned by HOD
  • Understand customers\' needs and built strong relations with key accounts.
  • To provide the highest level of hospitality and quality services.
  • Passion for continuous learning and self-development
  • Lead a team of staff. Work as a team and manage the team.
  • Responsible for sales and profitability of the outlet.
  • Any other task assigned by HOD.
