Handle day-to-day office and operations support activities.
Coordinate and manage contract staff/subcontractors, including timesheet collection and approval.
Support basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and documentation.
Assist the management team in administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Education: Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or higher an advantage).
Experience: Must have prior working experience in administration or office operations
Personality: Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
