Coordinate all activities in regards to sea export or import and/or air export or import for assigned customer.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Operation Process

\xc2\xb7 Open job file.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare shipping instruction based on customer\xe2\x80\x99s instruction.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare documentation by entering data into Pegasus system.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare certificates as per shipper\xe2\x80\x99s request.

\xc2\xb7 Arrange for fumigation and certificate where applicable.

\xc2\xb7 Submit pre alert.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and follow up on documents based on INCOTERM.

\xc2\xb7 Close job file after vessel/flight depart.

\xc2\xb7 Check the Ports\' system to validate the Port opening and closing time.

\xc2\xb7 Apply 3rd party code for new COD Customer.

\xc2\xb7 Arrange Payment Voucher to Carrier/Co-Loader/Supplier/Vendor.

\xc2\xb7 Update Events in Pegasus.

\xc2\xb7 Update customers\' website/system where applicable.

Communication with customers / vendors / network

\xc2\xb7 Place Booking & release booking confirmation to shipper (customer).

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with port/carrier (liner/co-loader) /vendor/customer on Export arrangement via e-mails and phone.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with customer to collect the LCL shipment.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with internal team to collect Empty Container and collection of Laden from customer.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up any COD payments from the consignee.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with Carrier/Co-loader if Cargo damaged upon shipment.
