Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the daily operations of student accommodations, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to resolve facility issues and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Serve as the primary contact for students, addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of occupancy, room inspections, and facility-related expenses. Enforce accommodation policies, health and safety standards, and address any disciplinary issues as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to facilities, accommodation and security. Prepare monthly reports on the performance, issues, and improvements related to these services. Manage operational budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Ensure that records related to accommodation, security incidents, and transport services are accurate and up to date.

Key Requirements:



Preferable

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Facility Management with minimum 1 year experience in Facility Management or Operation Maintenance. Or other Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field with minimum 3 years experience in Facility Management or Operation Maintenance.
