Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily metal stamping operations to achieve KPI targets. Oversee resource planning: machines, manpower & materials. Work closely with Planning, Marketing, QA & Tooling teams for smooth production flow. Drive cost reduction, lean initiatives & process improvement. Support new product feasibility, cost studies & risk assessments. Analyze production performance & implement corrective actions. Review defects, lead root cause & corrective/preventive actions. Prepare & manage annual operation budgets. Develop KPIs & cost-saving strategies. Lead, coach & develop production teams. Ensure EHS compliance and continuous improvement culture.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related. 10-15 years' experience in metal precision stamping, with min. 5 years in senior management. Strong knowledge of stamping processes, tooling, die maintenance & press/CNC machines. Experience in budgeting & cost control. Proficient in CAD / SolidWorks / AutoCAD. Strong problem-solving, leadership & communication skills. Hands-on, proactive, and able to drive strategic initiatives.
