Human Resource

Supported payroll processing by collecting attendance data and verifying staff leave records Facilitated onboarding processes, including training support for new staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and documents for management Record staff offer letter
Operation

Prepare invoice for claim purpose and record in excel Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones. Other hod task such as photocopy, email, scan, filing, training new staff, briefing, recording, check stock stationery and pantry.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
