Responsibilities

Itinerary Building

- Transform sales outlines into detailed, operational itineraries with confirmed services, timings, and contacts.

Booking & Confirmation

- Secure and manage all elements of a tour (rooms, tickets, transfers) while overseeing inventory.

Documentation

- Prepare comprehensive travel packs, vouchers, itineraries, and emergency contact lists for clients.

Namelist Management

- Compile and verify accurate traveler lists for flights, accommodations, and ground arrangements.

Insurance Coordination

- Assist clients with travel insurance arrangements to ensure peace of mind.
