Job Location

Jalan Enggang, Ampang, 54200 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor.

Arrange Transport, Manpower & Accessories

Coordinate transport vehicles, assign manpower, and prepare required accessories for daily operations.

Liaise with Marketing/Customers

Communicate with marketing teams and customers to confirm collection dates and schedules.

Coordinate with Logistics on Custom Forms

Work with the logistics team to ensure customs forms are accurately prepared.

Arrange Internal Transportation

Coordinate with internal departments to schedule in-house transport activities.

Coordinate Manpower for Site Operations

Liaise with site supervisors to assign manpower for weighing or loading tasks at customer locations.

Organize Accessories for Customer Sites

Work with site supervisors or customers to arrange delivery of accessories such as jumbo bags, containers, RoRo dumpsters, or IBC tanks.

Plan Drivers' Daily Activities

Schedule and assign daily collection routes and tasks for drivers.

Prepare Daily Collection Summary Reports

Compile and submit daily reports summarizing all collection activities.

Monitor Driver Performance & Attendance

Oversee drivers' daily work, and verify punch cards and overtime claims for accuracy.

Track & Summarize Transport Expenses

Maintain records of transport-related costs (e.g. diesel, maintenance, tolls) and prepare monthly transportation cost summaries for each customer

Requirements

Professional Qualification

: Possess a recognized qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.

Results-Driven

: Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Skills & Responsibility:

Computer literate, self-motivated, and able to take on a high level of responsibility.

Leadership Abilities

: Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.

Work Under Pressure:

Result-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
