Operation & Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for overall maintenances & operations
Ensure service levels are achieved as per agreed SLA to fulfill the Company\xe2\x80\x99s mission and customer requirements
Lead the Maintenance & Operation team in carrying out the daily field activities
Formulate the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan for shelter, tower, MW and BTS
Network performance analysis and KPI reporting to customer
Ensure capacity monitoring and systems update is initiated to continuously upgrade network performances
To prepare proposal, budgeting, cost control, monitoring & implementation of network performance
Review the current procedure and work flow in order to improve efficiency
Ensure the site\xe2\x80\x99s equipment inventory is correct and up to date
Key Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or above in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or other related field of study
Minimum 8 years of experience in operation & maintenance, network handover and implementation in Telecommunication industry
Have management exposure and preferably have past experience in managing a group of operation and maintenance team
Experience in setting up a new operation and maintenance platform will be an added advantage
Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
