Job Responsibility Manage paper work i.e rooming list, confirmation, restaurant bookings. Email engagement & communication with ground operator, airlines and arrange tour assignments to Tour Manager. Follow up travel activities regarding quotation with ground operators. Ensuring the Operations process flow implementations are according to the requirements. Invoicing and managing P&L on file. Ensuring Payment & Deadlines requirements are actioned for respective airlines and ground operators On Field supervision and servicing when group is on tour. The job will be beyond the regular office hour for peak season. Job Requirements Languages: English & Mandarin (Both written and communication) Minimum Diploma/ degree in tourism or related discipline with an tourism emphasis is required; or minimum 2 years of working experience in the travel industry. Work with superior and team to create new opportunities for growth Good interpersonal and communication skills Creative, fast-paced, detail-oriented and capability for multi-tasking.
