Operations Manager - Cooking Oil Packaging Company

Full-Time (Female candidates only)Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations
- Manage and coordinate the company's day-to-day production, packaging, and distribution activities.Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for raw materials, and ensure timely delivery of products.Quality Control
- Inspect and verify packaged products meet company quality standards before distribution.Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the company owner, ensuring transparency and accuracy.Team Supervision
- Lead and guide production staff to maintain efficiency, safety, and workplace discipline.Requirements:
Female, preferably with prior experience in operations or manufacturing management. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and make operational decisions. Knowledge of inventory systems and quality assurance processes is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
