Monitor and
analyze outlet performance

sales, revenue, P&L, COGS, labour cost, customer footfall, and operational efficiency

Develop
and execute
strategies
to
improve sales growth

cost control

service standards
.
Prepare
and present detailed
operational reports
and
business insights
to the General Manager / Top Management.
Track
competitor activities
and
market trends
to maintain competitiveness.
3. People Leadership & Development
Provide leadership,
coaching
, and
training
to Outlet Managers and frontline staff on
customer service, product knowledge, and SOP compliance
.
Ensure sufficient manpower planning, scheduling, and labour cost control.
Foster a
high-performance culture
with
strong teamwork
,
accountability
, and continuous improvement.
4. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management
Ensure
consistent delivery
of
excellent customer service
across all outlets.
Effectively
resolve
escalated
customer complaints
and implement
service recovery actions
.
Handle correspondence and communication with
customers, franchisees, and internal departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, etc.)
to ensure alignment and support business initiatives.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
At least
3 - 5 years' experience
in
F&B
/ retail operations, preferably in multi-outlet F&B chains (Cafe / Restaurant / Bakery / Quick Service Restaurant)
Proven ability in
managing P&L
,
cost optimization
, and
driving outlet performance
.
Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal,
communication
, and
problem-solving
skills.
Analytical mindset
with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Willing to travel
regularly across outlets.
