The Role

In this role, you will able to meeting new people, also working with young people. You will be the KEY person to delivering the information between our Rider to our Top Management. We need a person who is very passionate in work & eager to success. And also can handle a team smoothly.

Oversee daily operations across retail outlets, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and supply chain for Baterihub's automotive battery products. Ensure smooth coordination between retail, warehouse, and logistics teams for t imely stock replenishment, delivery, and customer order fulfillment. Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including stock movement, storage, inventory accuracy, and FIFO implementation. Supervise ordering processes, from supplier purchase requests, approval flow, and delivery tracking to final stock-in confirmation. Implement and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for inventory management, stock control, and inter-branch transfers. Monitor sales-to-stock ratio, ensure sufficient product availability at retail branches, and prevent overstock or shortage situations. Coordinate closely with suppliers, OEM partners, and transport providers to ensure supply chain efficiency and cost optimization. Track and analyze KPIs including delivery performance, inventory turnover, wastage, and logistics cost efficiency. o Collaborate with retail, finance, and HR departments to ensure alignment in operations, budgeting, and manpower planning. Identify and address operational bottlenecks using data-driven and technology based solutions (e.g., ERP/WMS systems). Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within warehouse and logistics operations. Lead, train, and mentor warehouse and operations staff to foster discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 5 years and above of experience in operations, warehouse, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or battery retail sector. Strong understanding of warehouse flow, inventory control, and procurement processes. Analytical and organized, with the ability to interpret operational data and implement improvement strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills across departments. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/WMS systems, and data reporting tools. Passionate about efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence. Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to liaise effectively with China-based teams and partners.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
