Job Description

:

- Lead and supervise the food court operations team and Operations Support staff.

- Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational activities to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

- Ensure operational performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through implementation of effective methods and strategies.

- Focus on people management by developing and grooming the restaurant team, ensuring competent performance, employee satisfaction, and engagement.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure necessary support is provided for seamless operations.

- Implement and continuously improve operational procedures and standards to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to staff.

- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to maintain high levels of service and operational consistency.

- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address employee issues promptly.

- Enforce food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with relevant regulations.

- Develop contingency plans and protocols for emergencies or crisis situations.

Job Requirements :

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain teams.

- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and inventory management.

- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.

- Good financial and analytical skills to monitor performance and achieve business targets.

- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong planning, adaptability, and ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.

- Dedicated, responsible, and able to work under pressure, with professionalism, confidentiality, and strong execution skills.

- Willingness to learn, keen insight, and strong coordination abilities.

Salary Package : RM 5k - 7k (based on experience)

Allowance : Travel Allowance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
