Job Responsibilities
Manage all food & beverage and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Operate in accordance to approved budget, while providing customers with maximum value for the dollar spent.
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
Ensure that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality.
Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Lead Food & Beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork by promoting the professional growth and development of the entire team.
Maintain excellent relationships with employees and customers as well as other departments within the operation.
Foster strong inter-departmental relations and integrate the department with the facility plan of operations.
Comply with all health and safety regulations by directing and conducting safety, sanitation and maintenance programs.
Meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Report to management regarding sales results, productivity, and outlet issues.Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
