Job Description
Hydro Metal (M) Sdn Bhd is an establish company since 1999. Our company has operated a scrap metal recycling and precious metal recovery facility. We are now an experienced and competent waste management and scrap metal recycling specialist licensed by Deparment of Environment (DOE) of Malaysia
Ensure process stability and adequate control for the company's operations.
Plan all the resources requirements and address all quality issues.
Identify training needs and ensure an annual training plan is planned.
To established performance goals, allocate resources, plan production schedules and minimise on wastage.
To look into safety measures and good housekeeping basing on 5S procedures of the factory and production areas.

Train, schedule, and guide factory workers, and resolve any factory or machinery issues.
To look into safety measures and good housekeeping basing on 5S procedures of the factory and production areas.
To oversee the maintenance department and ensure machineries, lorries and others are maintain basing on planned schedules.
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness target
Ensure implementation of product and delivery schedule quality inspection, control.
Education/Work History
Degree with relevant At least 8-10 years experience in Manufacturing on Schedule Waste & Managing Manufacturing Experience is managing project Male and Mandarin Speaker is preferred Experience in Schedule Waste is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
