Our outlet is located at MEDAN PERNIAGAAN PAUH JAYA JALAN BARU PENANG.

We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Outlet Manager / Supervisor for Our New Opening Outlet.

This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to foster a positive and motivated work environment.

Requirements:

-Diploma / Degree in related field - F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality and etc. is highly encouraged

-At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in F&B kitchen or operations management

-Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

-Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

- To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

-Maintain adequate stock levels for all materials and ensure they are stored under proper conditions.

-Monitor and control costs, recommending initiatives to improve profitability.

-Oversee and forecast the procurement process to ensure alignment with company standards, covering communication protocols, delivery timelines, invoice tracking, and credit terms.

-Ensure all food served meets the company's quality standards.

-Implement policies and protocols to support smooth and sustainable restaurant operations.

-Generate innovative ideas to improve operations and enhance the customer experience.

-Manage daily operations in alignment with the management team's direction.

-Recruit, organize, and conduct staff training programs.

-Prepare and manage staff weekly schedules.

-Promote staff welfare and well-being.

-Maintain awareness of staff morale and actively motivate the team.
