Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager with strong expertise in project management, contracts, procurement, and civil/construction operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, leading cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring operational excellence across diverse industries including infrastructure, power, energy, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Oversee procurement and contract management, including vendor negotiation, supplier

evaluation, and compliance monitoring.

Drive process improvements, risk analysis, and cost optimization strategies to enhance

operational efficiency.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, government authorities, subcontractors, and internal

teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Implement project safety, quality assurance, and compliance with HSE standards.

Manage budgets, cash flow, resource allocation, and financial reporting for ongoing projects.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and

enhance overall project outcomes.

Mentor, coach, and manage teams, ensuring professional development and high

performance.

Provide detailed MIS reports, performance tracking, and compliance updates to senior

management.

Key Skills:

Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder communication skills.

Expertise in contract & commercial management (pre & post tender).

Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Trello) preferred.

Skilled in quantity surveying, estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis.

Demonstrated ability in value engineering, cost reduction, and resource optimization.

Knowledge of FIDIC conditions and international construction practices.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
