Hotel Manager



Overview


We are seeking an experienced and hands-on

Hotel Manager

to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is results-driven, people-oriented, and passionate about hospitality excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, driving profitability, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, manage, and supervise the overall hotel operations to achieve performance goals, service quality, and profitability targets. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's vision and objectives. Ensure guest satisfaction through consistent service delivery, effective problem-solving, and continuous improvement in all operational areas. Oversee housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Analyze financial reports, monitor budgets, and control costs to maximize revenue and efficiency. Foster a positive and productive work culture through staff training, motivation, and performance evaluation. Address operational and management issues promptly and professionally, taking proactive measures to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with the head office and external partners to support marketing, promotions, and digital initiatives. Perform other duties or assignments as required by management.

Qualifications & Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management

, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in hotel operations, including at least

2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

. Candidates with

5+ years of management experience

in other industries are also encouraged to apply. Experience in

budget hotel operations

or

multi-property management

will be an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Sound knowledge of HR management, staff scheduling, and training practices. Proficient in computer systems, OTAs, and hotel management software. Willing to work

shifts, weekends, public holidays

, and

extended hours

when required. Must be willing to

travel and relocate

based on business needs.
