Open Position: Operation Manager (Renowned Insurance Company)A Renowned Insurance Company is currently hiring Operation Manager to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.Key responsibilities include:

  • Holder of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or advance degree in business, Operations Management or related field.
  • More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in insurance and three or more years of expertise in one or more of the following areas: claims fraud, procurement fraud, risk assessment.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Work with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
  • Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
  • Excellent communication skills, Leadership ability and organisational skills.
