Open Position: Operation Manager (Renowned Insurance Company) A Renowned Insurance Company is currently hiring Operation Manager to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office. Key responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Holder of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or advance degree in business, Operations Management or related field. \xc2\xb7 More than 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in insurance and three or more years of expertise in one or more of the following areas: claims fraud, procurement fraud, risk assessment. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way. \xc2\xb7 Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. \xc2\xb7 Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. \xc2\xb7 Work with senior stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. \xc2\xb7 Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. \xc2\xb7 Support worker communication with the management team. \xc2\xb7 Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, Leadership ability and organisational skills.
