Job Description

1. Position Summary

Oversees the day-to-day operations of security teams, ensures delivery of high-quality security services to clients, manages supervisors, and maintains compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and client expectations.

2. Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and supervise security supervisors and security personnel. Develop and implement operational strategies and security plans. Coordinate deployment of manpower across multiple client sites. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure service quality. Manage client relationships, respond to queries, and handle escalations. Ensure compliance with security protocols, health & safety standards, and company SOPs. Prepare reports on operations, performance, incidents, and manpower utilization. Conduct training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when required. Support recruitment and onboarding of security staff. Manage scheduling, leave planning, and shift coverage to maintain operational efficiency.

3. Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any related field (preferred). Certifications in security management are an added advantage.

4. Experience Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in security operations. At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience managing large teams and multiple client sites.

5. Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of security systems, procedures, and industry best practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies. Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office and email/report writing. Knowledgeable in ISO9001 management system

6. Additional Job Requirements

Must be physically fit and able to perform site visits. Valid driving license (preferred). Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
