Company Overview

We are an established security services provider supporting residential, commercial, industrial, logistics, and data centre clients including multinational companies (MNCs). As we continue to scale nationwide, we are looking for a highly capable Senior Operations Manager to lead our operational team and ensure excellence across all sites.

Job Responsibilities

Operational Leadership Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites. Lead, supervise, and motivate security personnel to maintain high discipline and performance standards. Ensure all posts are fully manned and deployment issues are resolved promptly. Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational readiness. Guard Management Manage guard attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline. Investigate incidents, provide corrective action, and implement improvement plans. Mentor supervisors, team leaders, and operations officers. Roster & Scheduling Prepare accurate monthly duty rosters. Ensure proper shift arrangements to comply with client requirements. Manage buffer planning and manpower shortages proactively. Client Relationship & Reporting Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, especially MNC and premium sites. Conduct regular client meetings, walkthroughs, and service reviews. Prepare and present operational reports--including incident reports, patrol reports, KPI dashboards, and compliance checklists.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure security teams meet all compliance requirements (ISO standards, MNC standards, access control protocols, visitor management, safety rules, etc.). Conduct audits, SOP checks, and ensure strict adherence to company policies. Lead improvement initiatives to enhance overall service delivery. Mobility & Independence Must be able to travel independently between sites (car/motorbike). Conduct emergency response and last-minute deployment when needed.

Requirements

Minimum 4 -8 years experience in security operations, facilities management, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle manpower issues professionally. Experience dealing with MNC clients is a strong advantage. Ability to create clear reports (Excel/Word/PowerPoint). Must be able to work irregular hours when required (operations nature). Possession of own transport (Travel Required)
