ob Responsibilities

Oversee the overall management of the hotel to meet set objectives and targets by developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic policies and procedures. Uphold hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service quality, consistent assurance, and continuous asset improvement. Address and resolve management and operational issues professionally, taking prompt and effective action when needed. Plan, direct, and evaluate daily operations to maintain service standards and drive hotel profitability. Carry out any additional tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the hotel industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Candidates from other industries with at least 5 years of management experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience in budget hotel operations is an added advantage. Knowledge of Human Resource Management and staff training will be beneficial. Must be willing to work shifts, extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as required. Willingness to travel and relocate when necessary.
