OPERATION MANAGER

Designs, implements, and maintains manufacturing systems that meet the needs of the business, its customers, and suppliers. Oversee warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, and storage operations. In charge of supply chain operations for managing medical devices according to GMP Standards. Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485) and internal quality standards. Structure the organization of the operating departments to enable the manufacturing of products with consistent quality, timely delivery, and competitive costs. Controls and reduces the cost of manufactured products by controlling labor and overhead costs. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to environmental and health regulations. Coordinates the creation and maintenance of optimal manufacturing capacity levels. You shall report directly to the Chief Operating Officer or such other officer of the Company as may from time to time be notified to you . During your appointment hereunder, you shall undertake duties and exercise such powers in relation to the Company and its business as shall from time to time be assigned to or vested in you. In the discharge of such duties and the exercise of such powers, observe and comply with all resolutions, regulations, and directions from time to time made or given by the Company. You may be required to travel on the business of the Company to such places outside Malaysia and in such manner and on such occasion as the Company may from time to time direct. Responsible for leading and managing production teams, overseeing performance, providing training, handling staffing and scheduling, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively. Skilled in optimizing manufacturing processes and resource utilization. Strong understanding of FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP standards. Quick and effective decision-making in operational challenges. Clear and professional communication across all levels. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 5-10 years in manufacturing operations, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
