Operation Manager
and play a key role in driving performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations to align with the company's strategic objectives;
Lead and manage department heads and team members across departments such as Administration, Human Resource, Legal, Taxation, Accounting and Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain, Logistics and Deliveries, Environmental Health and Safety, Sales and Marketing, Information Technology;
Monitor operational performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness;
Develop, implement, manage, and review budgets, forecasts, policies, procedures, and resource planning across departments;
Represent the Company in regulatory and compliance matters;
Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and Company policies and monitor ongoing compliance requirements;
Ensure proper filing of all legal and regulatory documents;
Analyze operational data to support informed decision-making and business growth;
Maintain effective communication and collaboration among internal teams and external stakeholders including suppliers and customers;
Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Familiar with relevant regulations, legislation and compliance standards;
Strong leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
Proven industrial and employee relations experience.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
Solid knowledge of business operations, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant ERP systems.
Resourceful, sound work ethics and good analytical skills, trustworthy and must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all Company information.
Detail oriented, meticulous, well-organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong business sense and judgment.
Excellent communication skills - written and spoken in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
