Summary:

Seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Operations Manager to support sustainable forestry operations To oversee and manage the full spectrum of logging operations, including harvesting activities, production planning, resource monitoring, and implementation of operational best practices and sustainability procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day tasks related to logging operations and field activities Manage end-to-end harvesting, extraction, and log transportation processes Coordinate operational planning, production monitoring, and record-keeping Ensure compliance with forestry regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures Support continuous improvement in operational efficiency, equipment use, and staff training initiatives Involved in audit matters, operational reporting, and budgeting Any tasks / jobs related to Operation management

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree in Forestry, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other related field At least 5-years' experience in logging operations, forestry management, or the plantation industry

Fluent in both Malay and English, written and verbal communication

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping Experience with operational management systems, logistics planning tools, or forestry-related databases is an added advantage
