REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Aged 25-45 years Possess a valid driving licence (car/motorcycle) Own transport (for movement to project sites) Physically and mentally healthy Disciplined, honest & trustworthy Able to communicate well Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office Willing to work out of town when required Free from any criminal record
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations at project sites Report daily updates to the Branch Manager/Head Office Manage the recruitment and arrangement of cleaning staff efficiently Ensure sufficient manpower and that all working hours meet the contract requirements Maintain staff discipline, work quality and adherence to company and client SOPs Deliver cleaning supplies to designated locations Perform additional tasks assigned by the company from time to time
