Job Description



We are looking for a responsible and proactive

Operation Officer

to support the daily operations of our security services. The ideal candidate is organized, disciplined, and able to work independently while ensuring smooth operations at all sites.

Key Responsibilities



Monitor and coordinate daily site operations Handle scheduling, guard deployment, and replacement arrangements Conduct site visits and ensure service quality Prepare reports and update management on operational matters Communicate with clients regarding site issues and requirements Assist in onboarding and briefing of security personnel Ensure company SOPs and compliance standards are followed

Assist the Admin Assistant with documentation, data entry, record updates, and other administrative tasks


Requirements



Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent Experience in security operations is an advantage Strong communication and coordination skills Able to work flexible hours when required Possess own transport and willing to travel
