About the role

Lavender Confectionery & Bakery Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operation Officer, Festive Product to join our team in Plentong Johor. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and delivery of our festive product lines, ensuring seamless coordination between production and retail outlet.

What you'll be doing

Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of yearly festive product production and delivery to meet customer demands and deadlines Coordinate festive packaging, production and kiosk arrangements. Liaise with production and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to maintain optimal stock of finished goods Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and recommend strategies to optimise operations Assist with special projects and tasks as required to support the overall success of the festive product business

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in operations preferably within the food and beverage or retail industry Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software tools Working knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and distribution logistics
