Job Description

Responsibilities:
Coordinating operations meeting, events and sessions for Operations Team.
Assists in the development of the Retail Store Operations Guide.
Compiles documentation of operations; assists with implementation of procedures and policies.
Compiles daily, weekly, monthly reports through system.
Provides ongoing administrative support for retail operations.
Prepares and assists with set-up for operations meetings.
Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to implementing and maintaining a departmental filing system, sending e-mails, and other office communication.
Organizes and tracks retail headcount; assists the retail operations team in the management of this information.
Travels by own vehicle, as and when needed, to run errands or provide general support for Retail Operations Department.
Travels with the retail operations team for special events (Eg: Stock Take Program or New Store Opening).
Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:
At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any equivalent field.
At least three (3) years of working experience in the retail admin field is required for this position.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Execel.
Having basic administration skills
Proficiency in English, Malays and Chinese is an added advantage.
Possess own transport.
