Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Update daily report to the CEO.

2. Responsible to oversee the overall operations and ensure optimum performance of the company.

3. Formulate and execute all corporate visions, missions, policies and objectives to meet the requirements of all stakeholders.

4. Create reports for management on security status.

5. Oversee the planning and coordination of security operations during setup of new assignment.

6. Develop and enforce security protocols, policies and procedures necessary for operations.

7. Prepare and control the operations to ensure delivery of high-quality security services.

8. Conduct routine checks on the security personnel to monitor their performance.

9. Ensure regular security meetings are organized with the clients.

10. Report any incident that occur to the Director and visit site ASAP.

11. Always standby for any emergency / ad-hoc matters at the sites.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma or equivalent.

2. Relevant experience minimum as Operations Executive

3. Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

4. Strong leadership and communication skills.

5. Responsible and with good working attitude.

6. Salary: 2.4k - 3k depends on the experience.
